The CEA card is a national card scheme for UK cinemas:
- Free ticket for a carer taking a disabled child or young person to the cinema
- Need to be in receipt of DLA or PIP

A small charge is made – £6 and the card lasts 12 months. The CEA card is a national card scheme developed for UK cinemas by the UK cinemas association.
