Keeping Well for Winter logoThe North East and Cumbria Learning Disability Network and Skills for People are running “Keeping Well for Winter”.

This project promotes health, well-being and support for people to get just a little bit more healthy in both body and mind. This is a region wide project to support the most physically vulnerable in these strange times.

We are focusing on the following themes:

  • Healthy eating
  • Keeping Active – healthy exercise
  • Having Fun – healthy mood
  • Keeping safe
  • Staying connected
