We are a small group in Redcar and Cleveland, that speak up for people with a learning disability. We want to make sure that your voice counts when decisions are made that can change your lives. We believe there should be no decisions ‘About Us, Without Us’.
What do Independent Voices do?
We work as a team to ensure everyone’s voice is heard. We work with doctors; we talk about how they can make the process easier for people with learning disabilities. We work together to create recipes that are fun, healthy and easy.
We work with Cleveland Police to create some Safe Places in Redcar and Cleveland. If you would like to know more please visit Cleveland Police Website
