Mindfulness Taster Session

Mindfulness is a way to help us cope with stress.  This makes us happier and more content.

This Taster Session is a chance for people with a learning disability to try it.

 

What will we be doing?

The Taster Session will be run by Skills for People. At the session you will learn about Mindfulness and how it can help.

If you enjoy it you can sign up for a course being held in January to March 2020
